What is The Human Approach?

The Human Approach is not a direct-to-youth program — we collaborate with existing youth organizations, schools, and community programs to deliver the mentorship their kids need most.

Our team curates engaging, mentor-led workshops focused on life and career skills for middle schoolers (ages 12–15). We bring in diverse professionals who teach through storytelling, activities, and connection — not lectures or lessons.

Whether you’re a nonprofit, enrichment program, or after-school coordinator, we’re here to fill the mentorship gap and elevate your impact.

We partner directly with youth organizations—if you'd like your child to attend one of our workshops, encourage their school or local program to connect with us!

Our workshops cover topics such as leadership, communication skills, emotional intelligence, goal setting, and personal growth strategies.

Are there any online workshops available?
